Weyleen Ma, MBA, AICI CIC is the founder and president of International Image Consulting (IIC), as well as the training director of Image Academia International.

In 1999, she started her career in fashion as an executive for the world’s largest department store in the United States as a personal, corporate and luxury home shopper. She took the business from startup to over a million dollars in a few years. She has worked with high profiled executives, politicians, ministers, professional athletes, artists, news anchors, actors and movie sets.

She has consulted for major companies from various industries such as Bloomingdales Dubai Personal Shopper Division, Macy’s Department Store, Ballin Italian Shoe Factory makers of Chanel, Jimmy Choo, Phillip Plein, Giorgio Linea makers of Burberry, Givenchy, Ermanno Scervino, Stella McCartney accessories, Makers Shoes, Bianchi e Nardi, XS Milano, and Dorelan Luxury Bedding Company.

She has lectured business and fashion courses at the Art Institute, Image Academia International (IAI), Leonardo di Vinci School, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) and Accademia Del Lusso in Milan, Italy.

Weyleen has an Executive Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with dual certificates in Latin American and Caribbean, and Asian Studies from Florida International University (FIU).  She completed her international residency in Mumbai and Bangalore in India, certification in Chinese Cultural studies from Beijing University in China and International Business Strategy from University of Bologna Business School.  She is a certified image consultant through the Association of Image Consultants.  She was the past president for AICI Florida Chapter and served on the International Marketing Board.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dawn James, MA has a Masters degree in International Marketing from Webster University and a B.S. degree in Business Communications from Missouri State University. She has worked for over 20 years in senior positions in the areas of corporate marketing and brand management for major fortune 500 companies including Rawlings Sporting Goods, Fisher Price-Mattel and Turtle Wax.

Ms James is trained and certified in Advanced Etiquette and Professional Development. Ms. James has provided etiquette services to individuals, families, students, businesses and organizations the knowledge for everyday use such as; poise, manners, electronic etiquette, dining etiquette. As a certified business etiquette consultant, she is able to customize programs to meet the needs of professionals, businesses, universities and professional organizations. In addition, Ms James taught business and fashion courses at numerous universities for over 15 years. Ms. James is a leader and volunteer with various organizations and serves on the Board of the Kids in Distress Auxiliary.  Her motto: “Educate and transform minds to create servant leaders.”

Alina Kabbara IAI is certified as an Image Consultant, Fashion Stylist and Personal Shopper from Image Academia International.  She holds a Bachelor degree in English Literature and Psychology from the Lebanese University.

Ms Kabbara assists clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE  She has held leadership positions for top fashion brands such as Naf Naf, Sport et Loisir, Tara Jarmon, and Miss Sixty in Lebanon.   She has also worked in Special Events and Public relations for major non-profit organizations.

She has taught English and French at the American Language Center in Lebanon as well as other educational institutions.
